Incident Notes:

Caller reported that he was following an intoxicated female who was approximately 15-16 years old. She was stumbling and caught the attention of an AMR crew. AMR requested law enforcement as they tried to contact the female. The female ran from AMR and no additional information was provided. Air2 searched the area with the daytime and thermal camera but did not locate her.
