The complainant called and stated in the area of W Falls Ave / N Lower Crossing St, a vehicle drove off the roadway. It was later determined that this vehicle crashed after fleeing from SPD just minutes before the accident. Air-2 provided overhead surveillance using the thermal camera to assist in locating any other occupants in the thick brush and hillside. The driver, who had an outstanding warrant, was taken into custody.
