The complainant called in stating there was a two-vehicle accident that occurred in the area of 12500 E Sprague Ave. Air-2 was the first on scene and observed a large crowd of approximately 75-100 people in a nearby parking lot. The parties involved in the accident began to fight on the roadway, and one of the drivers was arrested for DUI.
