Complainant reporting a female crying at the location after she was seen being pushed around by a male. Began crying about a baby. Suspecting the male may have taken off with the child, we checked the area for any possible match. UTL. After Air1 down for the night, arrest was made for DV related charges after a brief foot pursuit.
