Incident Notes:

Several callers reported that there were 20-25 cars at the Burlington Coat Factory, 5830 N Division, revving engines and causing problems. Air 1 flew to the area and observed 75-100 vehicles and 30-40 motorcycles. We flew the area and used the spot light to try and deter the crowd and received rude gestures in return. Air 1 advised SPD of the growing crowd and cleared.
