Incident Notes:

A group of 5 assaulted another male at the location. The suspects ran off and the victim was on scene. The group of suspects were in their late teens, last seen running through the Mall and into Riverfront Park area. Patrol captured 4 with a female outstanding. Air 1 checked the pavilion area, but did not locate her.
