If you have recently received a summons for jury service in Spokane County Superior Court, you can use this site to do the following:

  • RESPOND to the Summons
  • Have the opportunity to RESCHEDULE to another date
  • Learn how to request a hardship EXCUSAL
  • Learn about the CALL IN PROCEDURE
  • Notify the Court about special needs you may have during your jury service (wheelchair, hearing impairment, etc)
  • For jurors who recently reported for jury service, you may review your service history

If requesting an excusal please submit it no later than TWO WEEKS prior to your service date.


Call Groups


The following Call Groups should report for jury service on Monday, June 8, 2026:
  • If your Jury Service begins on June 8: Call Group(s) 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 (See below for reporting times)
  • If your Jury Service began on June 1: Call Group(s) 81, 82, 87, 91, 97 (See below for reporting times)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please read the entire message for Monday, June 8th. Please Note: If you are sick with respiratory symptoms, have a fever, cough or sore throat, PLEASE DO NOT REPORT FOR JURY SERVICE. Instead, please email the Jury Management Office at [email protected] OR call 509-477-4722 and leave a message to request that your jury service be deferred to a future date - please do not do both. You will receive a response within 24-48 hours. If you have not yet filled out your Juror Information Form, please do so above by selecting :the "respond to summons" button and complete it PRIOR to Monday morning. Your Call Group number is located on the lower left-hand corner of your Summons.

Please note: Due to the high number of jurors reporting on Monday it is highly recommended to take the bus or get a ride to drop you off at the courthouse, if possible, as FREE PARKING IS LIMITED, and it is best to arrive early.

The Superior Court requires individuals in the following Call Groups to report to the Jury Assembly Room between 7:30 and 8:15 a.m. on Monday morning, June 8th and scan your barcode: Call Groups 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 & 20- that's 1 thru 20.

Additionally, Jurors that were summoned for June 1st in Call Groups 81, 82, 87, 91 & 97 please report to the Jury Assembly Room between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. on Monday morning, June 8th.

All remaining jurors that were summoned for June 1st please check the website again on Monday evening after 5:30 p.m. to see if you are needed for possible service on Tuesday June 9th.

Please pay close attention to the map on the back of your summons as you will be ticketed if you park in the wrong spot. You must park only within the parking areas labeled P on your map.
