If you have recently received a summons for jury service in Spokane County Superior Court, you can use this site to do the following:
- RESPOND to the Summons
- Have the opportunity to RESCHEDULE to another date
- Learn how to request a hardship EXCUSAL
- Learn about the CALL IN PROCEDURE
- Notify the Court about special needs you may have during your jury service (wheelchair, hearing impairment, etc)
- For jurors who recently reported for jury service, you may review your service history

If requesting an excusal please submit it no later than TWO WEEKS prior to your service date.
Juror FAQ COVID-19
The following Call Groups should report for jury service on Wednesday, April 21, 2021:
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please read the entire message for Wednesday, April 21st. Please Note: If you are sick with respiratory symptoms, have a fever or a cough, loss of taste or smell, have been in direct contact with an individual who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days, OR if someone in your household is currently under observation for or being treated for COVID-19 DO NOT REPORT FOR JURY SERVICE. Instead please email the Jury Management Office at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 509-477-4722 and leave a message to request that your jury service be deferred to a future date. Your Call Group number is located on the lower left-hand corner of your Summons.
- If your Jury Service began on April 19: Call Group(s) 46, 49, 52, 55, 57, 59 (See below for reporting times)
The Superior Court requires individuals in the following Call Groups to report to the Jury Assembly Room between 8:00 & 8:15 a.m. on Wednesday morning, April 21st and scan your barcode: Call Groups: 46, 49, 52, 55, 57 & 59.
All remaining Jurors who were summoned for April 19th please check this website again on Wednesday evening after 5:30 p.m. to see if you are needed for possible service on Thursday April 22nd.
Please pay close attention to the map on the back of your summons as you will be ticketed if you park in the wrong spot. You must park AT METERS ONLY within the parking areas labeled P on your map, however the overflow lot at 1307 W Gardner does not have meters. Also, Free parking IS LIMITED so best to arrive early.
