This screen is used to log in and view one of the following lists:
- Pawn Lock Out List – Shows names of individuals that are restricted from pawning items.
- Recycle Lock Out List – Shows names of individuals that are restricted from recycling materials.
- Pawn Transaction Statistics – Shows the number of items received and reviewed by the Spokane County
Sheriff’s Department. Note that it usually takes several days for electronic data files to be reviewed after
the data has been submitted by a shop.
- Entry Screen – This can be used by smaller shops to manually enter items. If you already have an
electronic record of pawned items (i.e. from PawnMaster or some other pawn shop software), please use the
electronic file upload web page as it will be much faster for you. If necessary,
contact us for information on adding support for you to upload your data files.
To logon, select your shop name from the drop down list, enter your password, and click the Logon
button . If you have not yet signed up, click the Sign Up link below to submit your shop
information. If you have forgotten your password, select your shop name from the list and click the
I Forgot My Password link to have it emailed to you.
