Spokane County Court Hearing Dates and Case Information Viewer
This website may not work with versions of Internet Explorer older than Version 9.
The Spokane County Court Viewer application is brought to you by Spokane County District Court, Spokane County Superior Court, and Spokane County Information Systems Department. The purpose of the Viewer is to provide the public the ability to view the following information:
- Superior and District Court Hearing Dates
- Superior and District Court Case Information
HOW TO SEARCH FOR COURT HEARING DATES AND COURT CASE INFORMATION
Spokane County residents court hearings can be in one of three Courts: Superior Court, District Court or Municipal Court. District and Superior Court hearings and case information can be viewed on this website. Municipal Court has it's own website. If you are not sure which court your case is in search in all three!
DISTRICT COURT: Click on the tab located on the menu bar at the top of this screen titled District Court(DC).
- Find Your Court Hearing Dates - Click on the tab above titled DISTRICT COURT(DC) and pick one of the selections in the left hand column titled FIND MY COURT HEARING DATE(S).
- Find Detailed Information For Your Case - Click on the tab above titled DISTRICT COURT(DC) and pick one of the selections in the right hand column titled FIND DETAILED CASE INFORMATION.
- Search By Name - When you search by NAME, in either column, you must search by the appropriate case type (i.e. Civil, Small Claims, Civil). If you are not sure what the case type is for your case try both!
SUPERIOR COURT: Click on the tab located on the menu bar at the top of this screen titled Superior Court(SC).
- Find Your Court Hearing Dates - Click on the tab above titled SUPERIOR COURT(SC) and pick one of the selections in the left hand column titled FIND MY COURT HEARING DATE(S).
- Find Detailed Information For Your Case - Click on the tab above titled SUPERIOR COURT(SC) and pick one of the selections in the right hand column titled FIND DETAILED CASE INFORMATION.
- Search By Name - When you search by NAME, in either column, you must search by the appropriate case type (i.e. Civil, Domestic, Probate). If you are not sure what the case type is for your case try both!
- Dependency, Becca and Juvenile Offender Case and Court Date information is NOT available. For information contact the Juvenile Court Coordinator at 509-477-5790.
- Superior Court trial dates are subject to change. For information contact Superior Court Administration at 509-477-5790
DC/SC DAILY HEARINGS COMBINED: Click on the tab located on the menu bar at the top of this screen titled DC/SC Daily Hearings Combined.
- A combined list of District Court and Superior Court hearings will be displayed. Municipal Court Hearings are NOT included here.
MUNICIPAL COURT: Spokane Municipal Court has their own website for viewing Court Hearing Dates and Case Information.
- Go to MUNICIPAL COURT and then on the right hand side of the screen and select Justice Web.
