Description:

Our Enforcement Rate is the amount of time spent by our Parking Enforcement Officers in the field enforcing Spokane County parking rules. Our stretch goal is that 70 percent of a Parking Officer's time is spent in the field versus administrative tasks.


Significance:

Improve Enforcement Efficiency ... Optimize enforcement schedule and resources based on the evaluation of parking behaviors and trends ... Insure Regulation ... Provide enforcement that is efficient, considerate and fair.
