Number of Awards per Month. This KPI does not include the awards of roads and bridges projects which are handled by the County Public Works Department (formerly County Engineering Department).

This KPI is for personal services contracts and does not include the following: (1) Personal Services Contracts that have been entered into independently by a department without the involvement of the Purchasing Department; and (2) Architectural or Engineering (AE) Services contracts (which are measured by a separate KPI).
