Description:

SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DWELLING PERMITS ISSUED ON A QUARTERLY BASIS FROM 2013-2015.


Significance:

USED AS AN ECONOMIC INDICATOR TO HELP INTERPRET CURRENT OR FUTURE INVESTMENT POSSIBILITIES AND/OR JUDGE THE OVERALL HEALTH OF AN ECONOMY.

Description:

Department of Building and Planning maintains a "zoning information telephone line" where public can ask zoning information verification. Department want to identify number of zone checks received each month and the response time for return calls. Expectation/goal is that 95% of zone checks returned on same day request received


Significance:

Important for department to determine number of calls and response time.

SHOWS EXPEDIENCY IN PROVIDING OUR CUSTOMERS/CONTRACTORS WITH THE BEST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY.
